So as many of your know, Toffee has slowly but surely been getting worse with health, I don't know whether to take him to vets and have him PTS or wait a little while longer to see if he passes on his own in the warmth and comfort of where he knows. I had him out for laptime yesterday and he was limp, he sat this way for literally 2 hours.

So stuck and unsure of what to do, I know an end is coming soon for him whether I like it or not. I have done all I can for him and me and my mum have mentally exhausted ourselves thinking about him. I really need something. 8...

If he is still eating and drinking on his own I'd leave him that bit longer. However If he is in pain and it gets to the point were you are having to hand feed him just to keep him alive then I'm afraid its time to let go :(.
I know its hard but you need to think whats best for him.
We had to have one of our boys pts early on this year i felt bad about it for weeks but it was best for him.
Can I ask how old he is? He's a lovely looking boy.

He is trying really hard to eat and drink on his own but he tires himself out so I'm having to be on hand almost 24/7 I've been waking up every 3 hours through the night to feed him and make sure he gets a drink. I guess it is time, I don't necessarily think he's in pain, I think he's just exhausted with having to carry that lump around with him all day everyday. He will be 5 years old next month, my little old man. It's breaking my heart just looking at him 8...

I'm so sorry :(, speak to your vet and decide whats best for him.
