Is it ok to subsitute an evening veg meal with a big lot of grass and dandelions?

I have run out of veg until tomorrow... (long story, meant to get veg today then by time i could do it the shops had closed so no veg apart from peppers in and pellets and hay...) i went in the garden to pick a load of grass and dandelions ( my garden is less than manicured!) and gave them that and put an extra lot of hay in and hey seem happy enough... just trying not to russle any plastic bags for fear of rousing the chorus!
 
It won't hurt Jane. I do this when running low and can't get to the shops until the next day! :) Dandys are a fine treat too! I'm sure they are thrilled! :))
 
Sometimes i run out of veggies to give my piggies, so to shut them up i have to pick them some grass (which is sometimes difficult if it's raining lol) and dandelions and they seem happy then.
