So its been 3 days since buddy and lucy been together, she is still whinng but this morning I got up and was cleaning their cage and i came back because they were getting louder and noticed Buddy mounted her finally she gave in lol.. He did it about 5 times or so..

So what does that mean now?

Probably that she is in season! However, it also means that she has fully accepted him as her "hubby".

Hopefully, things will calm down a lot more now. Lucy will probably always be a rather vocal girl and you are bound to hear the "mating whining" from time to time.
