Today was cage cleaning and nail clipping day. Nothing particularly special about that as we all do it, but today was the first time that our little Violet cooperated in nail clipping. Well cooperated is a bit if an overstatement. What I should have said is that today is the first time since she moved in with us at the start of this year that she hasn't shrieked in terror and nipped me during nail clipping. It's become a bit of a monthly chore with her (the others are a doddle and I think one actually enjoys it) but today she was much calmer and I have no bruise marks from nipping so I count that as a success.

Here is a pic go the beautiful little lady herself waiting for her veggies

She's gorgeous. She does look like she's wondering why you're taking a photo rather than handing over the veggies!

That was the calm before the wheeking and throwing herself at the bars began! The rocket vanished in double quick time.

Good for you! I would rather pick up a ton of piggie poop than clip my boys nails. Yesterday it took three of us to clip 2 piggies nails.
