Such Gentle Piggies!

So tonight I decided too do something a little strange.. I decided too hand feed my piggies.. Their pellets! Well, some of them!

The pellets I use are fairly short pellets, meaning there isn't a lot of room for me too hold on!

While hand feeding pellets (I still don't know what possessed me to try it) I noticed I have very gentle piggies!

Normally when I'm feeding veggies by hand they will kind of 'snatch' them out of my hand! But with the pellets the pigs were very gentle when taking them from my hand.. Almost like they were being careful too not bite my fingers!:lol: (That's what I like too think anyway!:lol!:)


Here is Bubble, chewing on a pellet! (Squeak ran away, he is still the shy pig! I don't think he wanted his picture taken tonight)

How sweet.

It always amazes me how gentle mine are too when I hand feed them pellets too. They act so gentle and make sure not to bite mummys fingers - all except my one boar who is SO excited for the small amount I give that he just rushes to get them out of my fingers. He still doesn't bite me as I move my fingers away but with his excitement, if I didn't move mine fast enough he surely would. :))
 
Aww how cute! I sometimes offer a pellet by hand. I find he takes it more gently than veggies, but then again I don't let my fingers stick around long enough to find out! :)
 
Bubble is So cute. My white piggy Alby was called bubble when i got him.
