sudden hair loss and strange spot?

hey guys so I had colossus out this evening for our laptime, bonding session as I have been really making good progress with taming him etc, however i noticed tonight he seemed to shed a lot more hair than usual (he sheds a lot anyway) so i read some other threads and checked him ovver for bald patches (hes some kind of Abys so his hair goes in diff directions) i couldn't see anything but on his belly i found a small black spot i have never noticed before. can anyone help me with this? is it like a mole or something normal or do i need to take him to the vets this week?

he seems fine in himself otherwise

Can't help with the hairloss, if he has bald patches it may be worth a trip to the vets. However, it appears that you may (can't quite see from here) have found his tummy button. It is quite obvious in some piggies and not so much in others. My Rosie has quite short tummy hair which is white so hers is quite noticeable, whereas my gingers are not so obvious.
