KGLeslie
Junior Guinea Pig
We've had our two girls for nearly a year now. They've obviously learned the sound of the fridge and how to beg for extra food, so we're used to those manipulative wheeks.
But in the past week or so, the quieter of the sows has started incredibly loud wheeking (you can hear her from upstairs) even when there's plenty of food still available. When I've gone to check, it's usually when the other has gone upstairs (she's often just napping, oblivious), and the wheeking sow is just shouting at nothing in particular. I don't know what to make of it.
