Sudden love for pea flakes

A few months ago I bought some Wheeky pet pea flakes for the piggies. I tried mixing them in with their food, leaving them in the cage, and hand feeding them. I know sometimes it takes awhile for them to get used to new food so I gave the pea flakes in small amounts and tried for 2 weeks to give the pea flakes to them. They wouldn't touch them. However yesterday I tried once again and the pigs loved the pea flakes! The pet sitter I had feeding the pigs while I was away on Easter week had said they gave the pigs some pea flakes. I checked with her and she said the pigs loved the pea flakes! Is there any reason they suddenly changed their mind?

My piggies are the same. A few months ago, they hated the pea flakes. Then around a couple of months ago, they started eating it. Their taste buds change every now and then. What they like today, they may hate it the next week.

Oh this is interesting. I bought mine some pea flakes and they weren’t impressed . Maybe I’ll try them again
