My piggie, coffee, was suddenly scared of me, she always use to follow my hand around bumping her nose on it and would be happy for a stroke, but recently coffee won't even let me go near her and when i do manage to touch her she will shake my hand off, and give me an angry look (the angry look surprised me) I really want her trust again

How long have you had her?

Can you try some of these tricks here? If she is a few months old, then you are dealing with a stroppy teenager asserting their independance and no longer a baby that follows an adult while they still need the guidance on what is safe or not in their territory.

i had her for almost 2 months, she has never been living with another adult only a slightly (maybe a few days or so) older piggie, who I have right now, also one patch of her fur seems to be really dry, do u know what it is?

Please have her vet checked for beginning mange mites or fungal. The skin discomfort could play a role in the change of behaviour. The teenage months start around 4 months of age.
What to check and look out for in new guinea pigs (vet checks, sexing, parasites&illness)
