I dont really know what to do...... My two piggies live in a two storey hutch outside, now ive had to seperate them and will be housing one baby with each one I have to consider a 2nd cage.... Not sure whether to get another hutch so that they can go side by side and still communicate OR get something indoors?? Problem with an indoor one is it has to be something that wont create mess as my OH gets asthma so if there was lots of hay and sawdust around it might trigger his asthma. What do you think?

would the indoor cage only be for 2 piggies? as i have gideon inside and my mum suffers from asthma so i only use newspapers and get the dust free hay from my pet shop (they order it in for me and it is slightly expensive) but if you were thinking of keeping all 4 inside i'd say that it wouldn't be possible to keep the mess down and it would be better to keep them out side in two seperate hutches. or what about a shed split in two?

I would only keep two inside and keep the other two outdoors in the hutch ive already got, we have borrowed a temporary home for the dad but it is only temporary and I want to buy something very soon but I would feel cruel having two in and two out, I really wish my house was laid out different so they could all come in but ive not really got anywhere for them to go! I would love to have an open top cage like in the P Gurney book but ive got cats and dogs so far too dangerous to even consider ?
