Summer time!

Hello I have two guinea pigs both girls 1 years old. I have them up stairs cuz that's the only room I have. But it's super hot right now because if summer time. How can I keep them kool. ( I use fleece bedding I don't know if that matters )

I would put some Granite slabs all around for them to sit on or walk on.
I would think Granites or similar quality rocks would help them to keep cool in the summer.

Both Finn and Lara live on the first floor of my house where the central cooling and heating systems keeps the temperature at 70 Fahrenheit or 21 Celsius all year round.

Are granite slabs just rocks? I would put them down stairs but there in a really big cage! That I have no room for down stairs.
