its so frustrating, I,m all set today, time on my own to transfer my piggies outside for the summer. Got new hutches and plenty of c and c panels to make runs for them, I,m doing quite well and now they'res positively a monsoon going on outside. Now questioning if it's right time?! It's nearly end of May, so annoying, just want to get it all set up. Fed up in the rain!

It's so annoying when the weather messes up your plans.

My boars are really fed up in doors now, they had two weeks of going out in the runs in the afternoon on the grass and the routine has now been spoilt by the rain. We are going to need 3 or 4 days of sunshine before they will be able to go out again as the ground is saturated :td:. The grass was getting very short and brown though so at least it's growing again.

its been pouring here, so there's no chance of the piggies going out for a few days. Fed up floofs.

Back again, torrential rain, thunder and lightning, thank god I didn't put them out! Phew

Mine were confined to the patio again as it was raining hard the last few days. Ground is now dry enough for them to go on the grass again . No more cleaning a patio for me now:yahoo:. It is not the most pleasant job in the world! I'd rather clean the hutch out than clean off the patio!

Ours went outside yesterday for a bit, then the heavens opened. The runs are waterproofed so the piggies were nice and dry. Not one single one of them were bothered by the rain, all were popcorning like mad during the downpour :))
They've been outside all day today basking in the sun :D They are typical stroppy teenagers though when it is time to come in, bless them

Mine hate going back and being confined to barracks too. They give me the run around so much that my son has to put them back for me! They have been inside since Friday afternoon and we were back by 10am Sunday as we were away for the weekend and my lovely neighbour who usually looks after them couldn't manage to pop over. Luckily they had loads of hay, veg and pellets to keep them occupied. The first thing I did when I walked through the door was see to them even before I had unpacked. Well you have to get your priorities right........
