Sunday Night Cool Down Treat

So its a little warm in Sheffield, UK at the moment and Piggies don't enjoy being too hot. Bramble isn't sooo bad because she lives in my living room which we try and keep pretty cool anyways but its nice to give them a juicy cool down treat on hot days.
Brambles favourite is strawberries straight from the fridge!

Please note: I would never recommend giving Pigs vegetables or fruit straight from the freezer as it is a shock to the system and can cause digestion issues. Bramble will only have the one strawberry and as a result did not get any other 'wet' fruits in her morning feed. Too many wet fruits at once can also cause digestive issues.


What things do you offer your Pigs on warm days like today? :)

Such a beautiful girl! She seems to really love her little treat :)

I have never thought to do this with the tea towel! What a great idea. Don't like the idea of the cool down pads, I've heard a few horror stories and stuff. This seems like a nice alternative :)
 
You can see she's enjoying them! Nothing like a pic of a piggy enjoying some noms! Love it :)
