Super Bedding!

I have just seen that Ellie has mentioned this in another thread so I thought I'd post about it!

To bed my pigs I use a horse bedding called Aubiose

It is hemp based and totally natural. It is very safe and makes a lovely soft bed for the piggies.

The best thing about it is its absorbancy as pee etc soaks to the bottom but somehow the top layer stays dry and clean so piggies are never damp. I only have to clean out every few days and there is never any odour even with 9 pigs indoors!

Thats sounds like good stuff How much do you pay for a bag and how big is it? Is it the same size as the bags of Megazorb you can get?

It comes by the bale like Megazorb and medibed and costs between £6 and £7 a bale depending on where you get it from!

Thats not bad, especially if it lasts longer than shavings I will have to see if my wholesaler can get it in for me to try ;D
