Super Pet Clip & Trim

I bought a super pet clip & trip to cut my piggies claws-I've tried it this morning and it didn't cut them at all-it just bent them. I've now used normal nail clippers and they worked very well-has anyone else had problems with this product or have I just got a bad pair?

Are they just like conventional nail clippers?

They're propper clippers for cutting their claws-they are a different shape to nail clippers that we would use to cut our own

Do they look like curved scissors?

I've never heard of them either. I use a pair of cat claw clippers and they do the job just fine

If they are a gilloteen sp? type with a hole that you put the claw into I have a pair of these. It sounds like (as with mine) the manufacturer has put the blade on the wrong way round. I had disposed of the packaging before I had a chance to complain. Luckily I spotted this before I used mine. If you undo the 2 screws and turn the bit that comes off around - geeting technical here - & replace the screws you should be ok.
