Support Bars

Hello I'm considering switching back to stacked cages but I have white songmic grids (rentangle ones) and I do not have any support bars. Ive seen people use wooden broom handles but these are too wide to fit through the grids I have and I don't want to have to buy square grids just for this. Is there any alternitives I could use such as telescopic curtain rods or anything else that would support the cage? Grids wouldnt be an option sadly.

I have one level of C&C cages on an IKEA table about 79cm high. Depending on the width of the cage, there would be room for a cage on the floor under the table. I don't know if that sort of set up would be of interest to you

I would have done this but I can never find a table big enough to fit!
