For my heart piggy Darcy. Dreading it. She's having her ovaries removed, so no big nasty wounds to deal with, but she's the piggy I'm closest to. Don't know how I'm going to be tomorrow dropping her off - suspect I'll need some tissues.

Sending healing vibes and positive thoughts for Darcy.
Hope all goes well.xx

Thank you ladies x

Hope all goes well for tomorrow... fingers and toes crossed for your little one xx

I might stay there with her while they operate - I know I can't do anything useful, but I won't be able to concentrate on anything else. Could take some crochet with me.

If they allow that...then I think it's a good idea x

Remember to get ready to be able to syringe feed after 👍. Everything crossed for you.

Not striagtt after, it's normal to not be eating when still dopey and a bit scared

She came round quickly but isn’t recovering well. I’m in bits

I can hardly type this - she just passed

So sorry to read this sad news. You did your best for her. Sometimes the call of the rainbow bridge is too strong.
Big hugs for you.
RIP little one.

Oh Jane I am so dreadfully sorry to read this. Sleep tight beautiful Darcyxx

Oh Janey I am so dreadfully sorry. I have been through the heartbreak of a piggy coming round after surgery but not coming home and it's so terrible. You did everything you could to give her the best chance

Thanks everyone. So heartbroken

I'm so sorry to hear this, I was thinking, oh il take a look at the latest news, was confident it would be good. How shocking😣. I feel bad saying my sow sailed through it now. I am sorry.

Oh no - I am so sorry you are having to go through this.
Be kind to yourself - you did the right thing to give her a chance.
Definitely the right thing to do. Alot of pigs wouldnt even get noticed that something was wrong.
