Slave uses Kongos foodskills for her own good, actually. If Kongos just eat parts of the veggie slave knows the taste is not perfect. The only thing Kongos really not eats are berries, tomatoes and Oreo knock offs. None of my boys never ate any berries, actually. I tried so many times. When Joe fooled himself. More for me!
Djingis jumped Spotify right away to choose the best songs. Kongo asked for ear plugs.

We had cages cleaned early today. Mom's got some stuff to do and she's out of cigarettes.

My new bath mats are snazzy, but they don't absorb much of the water drips!

Mom's going to order some different ones.

Chez had a brief pet and he didn't jump away! Mom's liking him a little better (she always liked him, just got frustrated).

Mom had an outpatient surgery on her foot yesterday and after our fleece is clean she has to change the bandage.

Have to call the cops to have a house search at Djingis. Where is that iPad? He's like a little bee; just produce and produce. DjingDjing-Ecosystem is completely organic! Its like a never ending story. None of my other boys has been such a sinners (Pikachu and Bob sometimes. Ironic they where litterbrothers... Joe was a bad little washer overall. Chip was a clean one. Kongo is clean, he just cant reach his little precious wheeener because of bodysize...)
 
Djingis has somehow understand he can push the grids outwards this night. He hasn't figured out he can just walk out. So he pushes that whole grid-skeleton so he can run between the grids and the coroplast. He left slave some very interesting bio-hazard waste!
Of course he has to scream when he runs on his autobahn. Slave really needs to fix those grids properly, somewhere she missed something and thats why she cant close the grids. It was sealed as a deal from the beginning but no zip-ties, and when you have a bodyslamming Kongo I guess it starts slips and... Yeah.

He's not only making autobahn outside the cage, he also still pushes all his furnitures towards the middle so he can run around it. This is a hamster.

MS sat with Truffle on her knee in the playpen and Polo came over to investigate. Polo put his paws against MS's leg to reach up to sniff Truffle. MS lifted Truffle, who was eyeballing Polo slightly, and Polo lay down against MS leg and didn't run away when she stroked him, although he usually does when he's in the open in the playpen. Perhaps he was marking his space by lying there. Perhaps he was interested in interacting with Truffle. MS is thinking of trying them on neutral territory to see how they get on these days.
 
MS wishes there was something to replace boring broadband. Just when you need it most, it conks out.

To be honest, MS has held off the Met. I got one dose, but the breathing noises had stopped so she decided to go the route of gradually cutting down the pellets 🙁 instead. I was audible last night at about 2am and she decided (very groggily) to try to video it but by the time she had finished opening and accidentally closing the ap, I was sounding normal again. Now it's a bit cooler, I have been using the plus size play pen and running in it. My breathing is great after exercise, so she thinks the conservative option might be the best 🥗
 
Polo, low pellet diet isn't so bad... you can do it! Lose those grams.

Mom is letting Chez eat breakfast before his taming session.

I ate my pepper in my snuggle sack on Mom's lap and she stroked me the whole time. She said it was bonding, but really I just wanted pepper.

It's Independence Day, mom will get paid time and a half this evening.
 
We're early birds.

Mom's birthday is on the 25th and she doesn't have to work. She's turning 42.

Another good lap time.

At the pet store their are two special needs bonded boars. One is blind and the other has a head tilt permanently. Mom's gotta admit she wishes she had room for them. She imagines they have CBS like me and she would get them x-rayed.

Aw Stripe, you are so cute with your pawsies out front 🥰 LA Guinea Pig Rescue keeps bulla pigs separate saying it could be contagious. So if you need a companion, he would need to be a bulla pig apparently, or a piggy who has lived with a bulla pig. But space is important for piggies. I can only keep two boars, but I think we are a very happy family together ❤️ It's something I haven't thought about. Getting a new piggy might come with risks. The X ray is a brilliant idea.
 
Mom doesn't have room for another cage. She barely has enough room to sit down! She's going to stick with us.

She's currently soaking her surgical site. Wound looks good.

Polo and truffle are all you need! Mom also only wants two pigs.
 
Ouch, I hope the wound gets better 🤕 Yes. Maybe one day we will have more room. Twenty days to go. Are you going to have a party 🎂
