DANISH HORROR MOVIES!
Djingdjing survived a whole movie in the cuddle box! He pancaked from time to time and I was aloud to pet him. Peaflakes really is like therapy... 🤣
I was so happy and didnt want to destroy the moment, so I had to last the whole movie to. It was terrible, but I love the Danish language.
And when the credits started, Djingis jumped out of the box and started to use me as a trampoline. Time to go home, slave!

What dont you do for your pigs? Watch terrible movies, pick grass in the rain, poo hunt. I dont think Djingis will really enjoy the cuddle box the same way Kongo does, but I'm happy it really looks like he enjoys to come up in it and hang out for a bit.
 
Does anyone have a good tip about building a ramp or what to use as a ramp? We have alot of grids, coroplast and zip-ties and I think a loft would be a great way for Djingis to get some energy out in the cage. He can zoom that ramp like crazy. Kongo? A little bit of extra exercise wouldnt kill him. As long as there's something to eat on the loft.

Boys are patiently waiting for cage cleaning but the plumbers asked me to wait an hour to clean cages. I will be able to wash their fleece tonight. Boy are the plumbers making a mess of the yard, I'll have to hire someone to fix it.

Barrett is just chilling, he doesn't mind strangers and for some reason the boys room door was open so somebody saw the pigs. Nobody said how cute they were.

Looking forward to cleaning cages I don't like to leave them messy in the morning but the boys don't seem to mind.

@exia , If he's a bouncy boy you can zip tie horizontal grids halfway up, he will be able to jump up and down. My boys did have ramps up to their posing platforms but we took them off because they never got used. Hubby built them a small platform to use as a step, these get used occasionally but played with a lot.20250619_162928.webp

Ramps use up a lot of running space. I'm glad to hear a half up the side zip tied platform can be hopped onto (safely 😄) I will try putting one up in the piggy cages 🏡
 
Got cages cleaned, Stripe wheeked when he knew it was his turn as I was taking him out of the cage.. Got some zooms from Chez. I really don't mind cleaning their cages.

I have two spare coroplast for chez's cage, I'm going to change it next cage clean.

The plumbers no longer need to get in the house.

Smart with platforms! I think I have some platforms I bought at the pet store years ago. Djingis jumps everything, so that would work well for him. As long as he has a roof, because he has already showed us how to jump out without a ramp or loft 🤣

Lol Chez can jump really high like 2 feet in the air. A lid is mandatory.

These animals are like Bumble bees. The nature says they shouldn't be able to jump with their very short legs and potato-formed bodys but... Some can jump!

Pikachu jumped a grid without a problem in the world. He was magic.
 
The pet store told me they couldn't jump so when I clean the cage just put Stripe in a shallow box.

So Stripe's first cage cleaning, I went to put him back in the cage and he was gone. He went under the desk and it took me a half hour to catch him because he wasn't tame yet. I cried.

Now the boys get shut in their carriers with lids for cage cleaning

Kongo went in to our walk in-closet and found a nice door into an "empty space" with plumbing when he only lived with us for like a week or two. I dont know whats behind that little wall and got such anxiety when I could hear Kongo cluck around in there and didnt come our for like twenty mintues. I was in tears when maleslave came home from the gym and took some basil. Kongo was out in a second. He was very dusty and happy. I was googling if any hardware-stores was open and had express home delivery. I didnt own a saw (now I do!).

Kongo became such a well behaved boy before we met Djingis. He stayed at his magic carpet during floor time. Before Djingis I often left Kongos cage open and he didnt go anywhere until he saw his carpet. Now? I find him everywhere. I wont even mention Djingis. Crazybug.

Miss Bramble has had to send a secret email (so Misty won't find out) to Boris to let him know what to do.

I had my camera out while Stripe was eating his urinary biscuit and he said brrr and went in his pigloo. No pictures, please! What are you, the paparazzi?

Plumbing fixed, half the yard destroyed.

I'm going to plant grass seed in August when the nights are cooler because we have an every other day water ban.

Nothing wrong with my teeth that would be my fault. Gums look good, no cavities except where there is an existing filling. Need a crown to prevent root canal.

Thanks, it took months of searching to find one in my budget that wasn't in a dangerous neighborhood. Some places in Michigan have shootings and stabbings. This little town is a twenty minute drive from the main city but has everything you need mostly except work. It's pretty safe except we have a lot of pot shops because it's legal here to use it but it hasn't brought crime since it's regulated. I am for it it's better than sending people to jail. We voted on it.

I'm on the same tape with . But in Sweden it probably will be against law like forever. I'm not a user my own, I dont drink alcohol either, but I dont see the difference between taking a joint or taking a glass of wine? But maybe one thing is enough in a country where we struggle so much alcoholism and other kinds of addictions. I dont know if we just have a government who regulates things a bit too much or if its a hard reality living more than half of the year in the darkness? I vore for more icebears on the streets anyways!

Kongo snatched my melon. Look how he wont go outside the carpet! Such a good boy.
A couple of weeks ago he couldn't take a bite and chew from a watermelon like that. What a little hero he is, my hungry little Grizzly!

We are home alone for 24 hours!
The boys is having a party with free roaming. Slave is eating cake for dinner because she had a lunch with her mum and has to calm her nerves. The first thing the loving mum said to slave was "you are so skinny you look like a skeleton" (slave has a hyperactive thyroid and alot of hyperenergy. She eats around 2500-3000kcal/say but still drops). She then told slave how much she was looking forward going to Berlin with both slaves siblings later this summer. Thanks for the invite again, slave said. Mum then told slave about her new way to save cats from misery. Slave wont say more than her mum does some illegal stuff. But hey, we do have a big problem with stray cats and cats living in misery so I guess I'm a bit proud of my criminal mother anyway. She then was so polite towards a tourist slave got really annoyed and had to tell her to be nice.
Sorry for the tant, but my mum is both very frustrating and very fun in the same time. And yes, she has a very good job where you needs both intellect and social skills. i dont understand how she manage because her social skills with her kids has always been like... Awkward. I prefer my dad. The boys too.

Slave came home to us. Its a very hot day. We screamed about that and wanted watermelon!

Truffle: MS explained to Auntie Jo that she had to cut my fur with scissors because of the heat. AJ was very sympathetic ❤️ Polo: Truffle ran away, but I let AJ stroke my head. MS said I was a brave guinea pig 👍

Cat woke her up at 5 so we asked for an early breakfast.

Mom's birthday is next week!

Today it is very hot, which means alot of cucumber and watermelon for everyone. Kongo is very pleased. He escaped earlier, the magic carpet was still out, and accidentally pancaked in the sun. Like 10 seconds later he ran home and into he's house. He does not like sun bathing in 30°!
