Just when I thought Sven was all better, tonight he started making a weird noise when he breathes. He was fine when I brought him home and for a few hours, but now he is making this noise. Hopefully you can hear it in the video. Is it just something from the anesthesia that will work it’s way out? He is on baytril, so if it is a URI would that take care of it? My vet comes in at 12:00 tomorrow, so I can’t see him until then if Sven is not better in the morning. He is still eating and seems to be doing well for just having surgery. Oh, he had a grape size abscess removed today from his neutering two weeks ago.

If the weird breathing is within 24 hours after the GA, then it is a reaction to the drugs. It should pass in day. If not, please contact your vet.

Phew, the noise is gone this morning! It has been a lot of ups and downs with the little guy so I am worrying about everything! Thank you
