Sweat Gland Thingymajig

Ok so what we thought was a bit of poop stuck to j rocs fur may be some sweat gland ick. Advise I read else where was coconut oil to break up the ick then shampoo'd off to avoid the highly fatty oil being consumed. Howver i wanted to check if this is ok and what is best used as detergent for bathing piggies

Hi! I assume that you mean the grease gland?
