swede?

Does anyone give their piggies swede if so what bits do you give them?
 
I know mine wont like it so i havent tried it, well i dont think i have lol

I would think people gave them peelings etc :-\
 
Never tried because I have arthritis in my right wrist I can't cut it. Mine don't like Parnsips so I imagine they wouldn't like swede either and on the note it's Kale night so I will depart to feed the little monsters! :)
 
I like to eat swede but I have never given it to my piggies from what I can remember?
 
well i've just tried mine with it and they loved it! i don't eat it but your right it is a to cut! ;D
 
I'm yet to encouter a piggy that likes swede... Mine all hate it and when I put it in the bowl they actually go around the bowl to where no swede is - they don't seem to like the smell of it either!
 
Appparently it's high in vit c. Mine sort of like it. They absolutely loved it at first but got bored of it after a while and only ate it when there was nothing else ::)!
 
I always give my piggies the peelings of swede and parsnip ... also usually mixed with carrot peelings on a Sunday when I am doing a roast.

I have never had any complaints from them and everything gets eaten! :)
 
my lot seem to like a bit but they dont get it often its not on their list of 'favourite foods' lol
