Swede is a brassica so it's one of the foods that can cause gas - if they do decide they like it (mine don't!), best fed in small quantities.

In theory, they can eat it, but so far there are no takers on the piggy front!

7 out of 8 of my piggies will eat it.

i actually left the untouched swede in their cage last night and I woke up this morning and its gone so they must have eaten it.
Maybe they do like it after all - or I'm just not feeding them enough and they were that hungry they'd eat anything they do that with brussel sprouts

Mine don't like it - some of them will eat a small piece of Celeriac but I can't get it at the moment

Foods that are prown to cause gas are best fed similarity (sp?) with dill, which undoes gas.
