Sweet Baby Peppers

So these things have been on my Asda "purchases" for months, but Asda's never actually had them in stock so I've always had bell peppers instead. Today, I got the baby peppers, and now that I'm looking at them...is there a part of the peppers they really shouldn't it? They're so tiny I'm figuring the less prep the better but I've never actually had these before.

I still cut off the stalk and de-seed them but not actually sure if they shouldn't have them.

I also get the tiny cucumbers (from Lidl) they are very popular.

Baby cucumbers always go down a treat! Sometimes Tesco has them, not often, but Asda never does. And yeah it's the stalk and seed I'm iffy about, more the stalk though.
