she was one of 9 pigs born in one weekend nearly 5 years ago her half sister fudge is still left her dad was my darling dipstick, she had problems with ovarian cysts which ment her fur was quite sparse but she lived a happy life popcorning although she looked a tatty girl her face was so sweet a little pixie face so small and sweet her large eyes will always be in my mind , I'm so sorry Merlin I didn't find the mass in your tum but you would have been too weak to go through an op
please forgive me sweetheart, the herd is missing you especially mable your pigloo mate, I will put you with the others in the poppy garden, have fun over the bridge and say hello from me to the others already settled there, give them all my love and tell them I'm missing them so much sweet dreams God bless little

So sorry for your loss, i'm sure she's playing with the other piggies (inc my Poppy) at the Rainbow Bridge.
 
I'm so sorry Michelle, but you did say the yesterday she had a day on the grass enjoying herself and having a brilliant time. Don't blame yourself - it is not your fault that you didn't feel it in her, no one would blame you. Sleep well little Merlin xx You're missed by everyone already. Have lots of fun at the bridge darling. :smitten:

but please dont blame yourself for what happened. Its just one of those things - life's a beach! Its so unfair sometimes...but you are obviously a fab piggy mum who would do ANYTHING for them. Its a credit to you that she lived until 5. She mustve had a great life with you.

She was a very brave little pig to have gone through all she went through.

What a lovely tribute to your special little lady.
She had a wonderful piggy mummy who loved her no matter what she looked like and lots of piggy friends too.
Believe me, she had a happy life with you. Be happy for her now she is playing with all the others at the bridge.
Lets shed a tear for those animals that are treated cruelly :'( and lets smile for those that had a long happy much loved life :)

So sorry to hear about Merlin. I'm glad she had a wonderful day on the lawn yesterday - what a nice thing to remember. Your tribute was amazing and we all know how much you love her.
