Sweet Potato

I have scrolled through lots of posts but nothing to say for definite if my boys can have sweet potato so thought I would just ask the experts!
If they can which part of the potato can they have?

They can eat the skin although my piggies don't like it and leave it, so I peel it these days. Treat sweet potato like other root veg.
