so angry right now, i tried to be nice and tell this family to stop making there guinea pig swim. but they pmed me back on youtube arguing with me

"we tested this in a bathtub first to see if he would like freak out or panic. he doesn't panic when he goes in the water, we just cant keep him in water for TOO long." they let there pigs swim for like 2-3 min :( long time for a pig prob.

"HELOOOooo first of all the pool was pretty warm NOT COLD. and there was som1 in there just in case he started to freak out. he was totally calm the entire time. but he cant swim in straight lines...."

- how would they know if there guinea pig is calm, they went straight to the edge and tried to climb the wall i doubt they want to be in there.

sry its just making me upset :(, i wish people wouldn't assume they know how another animal feels.

i've flagged both for bullying. it's just plain wrong and i had tears watching them. please everyone flag these for bullying and see if we can get the message through to this stupid family

I've made a comment but how do you flag for bullying - I've only joined youtube yesterday to comment on the fabulous video that Ellie made so don't know how to do these things.:red

Can't believe someone could be so damn cruel.:...

click flag, put your mouse over the options and it'll come up with further options, click the further option that says bullying. none of the other options seem appliciable to me as i don't think i saw animal abuse x

also, i found out that you can click on the thumb up symbol/logo to say you agree with the comment. i've "thumbs up" all you guys comments. at least we're spreading the message to all pet owners that think this is "cute", "funny" or "an ok thing to do"

Just seen the second video - can't believe how stupid and thick these kids are - where are their parents when they are doing this.:( They say the guinea pigs are trying to get out and they don't like swimming so why the hell do they make them do it - sick little idiots.grrrrgrrrrgrrrr

I found the flag on the second one and reported it as animal abuse but is it too late to do it for the first one?/

Where are the parents!! all i can see and hear is kids talking very loudly and the kids being cruel to the pigs,,,

And if you click on his name he has other vidios involving his pigs:(

i will have a look when i get home as youtube is blocked at work.

its sounds so horrible, i dont know how people could do that to such little animals, evil B****rds (sorry!)

:0 poor poor piggies, have flagged them both for animal abuse, that first one the piggy actually stopped swimming for a second at the end, it must have been absolutely shattered :0

He seems to have a bit of a warped sense of humour - he hits his friend in the privates with a ball and thinks its worth putting on youtube - weird lad.rolleyes

Just Horrid, My 4 year old asked me to stop the vid 1/2 way because she was bright enough to see this as inappropriate!

omg just looked at the usher dancing vid hes done, poor pigs look scared when they start holding them up in the air and shaking them about making it look like they are dancing, especially the brown/white one on the left. flagged this one too. admittedly they do look well cared for health wise, and in another of the vids he does kiss and cuddle his piggy too, just a bit dim when it comes to not terrifying his little pet i think!

I have flagged the videos i just saw their little faces and i felt so upset how could they do that to the poor pigs.
It's dreadfull how they get injoyment out of watching them.

I've just left a comment.grrrrgrrrr

I can hardly watch them but i do think its a case of mums out lets be barstools to the critters.... i could smack them so flippin hard..... and I'm a treehugging pagan:)>>>

I can't view in work, I'll have a look later when I get home. When I have washed my piggies they are terrified, so this is awful.

Yes I agree wholeheartedly - even my 7 year who just saw the video was disgusted and said that guinea pigs don't want to be treated like that and when he says 'ow' she said I hope it bit him.:)

it sounds like your little one is very well educated and a brill owner. Unfortunately, i don't think it was a bite, it looked like just a scratch! x

thanks guys, now i don't feel alone in thinking these kids are so mean

his only friend crazykilla, has a video with smores in it and hes eating a nutty snack :( not cruetly but damnitt people don't read anything about the pet before they buy it makes me so mad

before i got a guinea pig(s) i went to as many sites and forums as i could to know everything i could so i could make there life happy, if you love a pet and want something you should be just as involved and look up how to take care of it :)
