Hi!
It looks like descended testicles to me? Which are perfectly normal in a boar of that age since the testicles descend between 4-6 months of age.
Please check your boys' bits regularly as part of your weekly health monitoring weigh-in and onceover to catch any developing problems early on when they are comparatively easy to treat.
