My boar Mylo has part of the skin more elongated than the rest and also looking a bit redder. Tried to clean the surface with frangrance free wet wipes, but he doesn't let me, maybe it is painful. Is it an emergency? Any ideas what that might be?

Please see a vet - yes this could well be an emergency.
We can only guess given we arent vets and cannot see what you mean but swelling in the penis (which I assume is what you mean) can be due to something being stuck in there (bladder stone, sperm rod etc), something caught around the penis (hair etc), a risk of him not being able urinate properly, pain.
