Swollen under carriage

Hi everyone, my male little pig who is 3 years old, and an absolute little legend in every way. I took him out of his cage earlier and noticed his fur was slightly wet, I put them out on the grass, he is eating and drinking fine, when putting him away I gave his fur a little trim and noticed a large swollen area or lump, I will call the vets first thing in the morning but just wondering if anyone has seen or has an knowledge of this so I can stop worrying over night.

Thank you, here is a picture of the swollen area, My piggly doesn’t seem in any pain let me touch it and happily chittered whilst I stroked him.
