Junior Guinea Pig
i put a post in the rescue section yesterday about 2 male piggies. the woman had found them in a shoe box on her front garden. she had never had small pets before and didnt know how to look after them properly. she had kept them in a tiny storage box (the kids type) on plain sawdust. no hay or anything like that, but she didnt know.
she said her staffy keeps trying to attack them so needed them gone to somewhere safer. so my boyfriend decided he would have them.
the smallest one, now tweety (a peruvian i think) weighs just under 320g and the bigger, sylvester is 530g. so they cant be very old! jingle is now 12 weeks and weighs 670g sooo they are still teeny babies really. if any one has a rough guess at how old they are id be very grateful.
they are quite friendly and are loving having a decent cage to run around in (6ftx2.5ft). they are squeaking at all my other piggies (cuz they live at my boyfriends also) and johnny is getting very excited by them
will post more pics later as boyfriends got the card reader.
