Hi,

I have one scoop of probiotics to add to 200ml of water - to be changed daily.

My guinea pig doesn't drink very much, I need to get some down him.

How much should I be syringe feeding vs leaving in the water bottle?

How much can I syringe feed in one sitting?

Many thanks!

Kxx

Dont give it in the water bottle as you cant control the intake, just give him as much as he will take through the syringe.

Have PM's you btw xx

I know that piggies are suposed to eat yogurt but it works.

If you spoon-feed you pig plain yogurt (no flavors/colors/sugar added). If your pig won't eat it you can add a little all fruit jelly.

I used yogurt with my littlest pig, Chirpy, when she was under a year old for the probiotics. She is now turning four this spring and had no problems with eating a little dairy for a week or two.
