Adult Guinea Pig
When I first adopted Tabitha and her daughter Francesca, Tabitha was a frightened little piggy who would run away as soon as she saw me. Even though she would squeal when I picked her up the second she was snuggled up to me she would go all floppy and relaxed so I knew she was a cuddle pig at heart. I think the same has happened to Tabitha as what happened to Poppy, Annabelle has taken charge of them all so Poppy and Tabs don't feel like they have to be frightened as Annabelle will look after them.
Last night I went into Piggingham Palace to give the girls their tea and Francesca was the only one of her group downstairs waiting. I called "teatime" and a gingery blur shot out of the bedroom and down the ramp. She was so quick that I wasn't sure who it was so I called Tabitha and looked in the bottom floor and saw her nose poking over the banister on the ramp. I called her name and she shot downstairs I held out some celery and Francesca came to see what it was but didn't want it. I called Tabitha and she came up to my fingers but didn't want it either. It was only when I tipped it all in that they realized that was all that was on offer and scoffed it down.
I am so happy that she comes to her name and responds to "teatime" she is such a lovely little pig.
