Does anyone see a reason why the following coffee table wouldn't fit a 2x3 C and C on it? I've measured it against what I already have and I can't see a problem. The only issue is that I wouldn't want the shelf, and I don't know whether or not this is okay. If any has one of these with or without the shelf could you let me know?

I have that coffee table in a different colour but its huge, should fit it easily, the shelf gives the table some support as far as I can remember when I put it together although the cage doesn't weigh a lot. If you didn't want the shelf you could put a baton of wood across it to add some :)
 
It would fit perfectly and as said on previous comments the shelf aids the stability of the table. As the cage isn't heavy unless its placed somewhere where it can be knocked or bumped into, it should be fine without the shelf. I had two slightly smaller ones and they were ok. I must admit the shelf did come in handy for storage with a couple of under bed type plastic storage boxes filled with piggies things.
 
I used that table to put my original 120 cage and then my 2 by 3 C&C. I didn't use the shelf so I could store their gear underneath and the table was perfectly stable. Lovely height to be able to talk to the piggies!

Thanks guys! Might invest in one soon as using extra grids as a stand isn't really working. When you say it is huge, how much extra room is there around the edge of the cage? The cage currently fits into a perfect space for a 2x3 but there's not that much extra room, if was too large it would stick out too much. It's difficult to describe really.

I think there would be a gap around it definitely width wise :)
 
Thank you so much! Hopefully it should fit in the space I have, so I might have a drive up on Monday morning!

That should be fine then! No problem, if I get the go ahead from my parents (because it's their house) I should be getting one soon. Thanks for all your help, we don't half spoil our piggies!
