My pigs have tear drop poo and cow patty poo. I've been to the vet first they were on flagyl got better then it came back they were put on baytil then switched to ditrim. Nothing seems to be working they are still eating and drinking. Also I gave them Imodium per vets order. Any suggestions? I do know he said it was bacterial.

If your problem is persistent, it may be worth to have the poos tested; at the moment, your vet is only treating symptoms, but not addressing the cause.
Please stop all fresh food until you have the problem sorted and just keep to fibrous feed to help stabilise the guts. Adding probiotics can also help, especially a course of fibreplex.
