One of my pigs (I have a feeling it’s the youngest) when I first got her would have the odd tear drop shaped poo. Although she hasn’t had any in while now, tonight I found a couple one of the beds. I understand this can be caused by some sort of gut disturbance or dehydration but is there anything in particular I can do to help the problem. She’s definitely drinking and quite a lot to be honest so I don’t think that’s the problem. They also have hay at all times ☺️

Take a deep breath - it is just a very minor tummy upset and everything will be hopefully OK again by tomorrow.
If things get worse or continue, please take her off any fresh food for a day to allow the fermentation process in the guts to rebalance.
