I am sorry to tell you that my wonderful old man Ted has gone to the bridge.

He was my second ever pig and losing him seems like the end of an era somehow. To say I am devastated is an understatement.

Ted was a very special chap. I fell in love with him when I went to collect my first piggie from Squeaky Pigs and it wasn't too long before I went back to get him! In his prime he was a massive lad and had attitude to go with it! Age and illness made him smaller and frailer but his personality was as strong as ever.

Ted had struggled with kidney problems for a long time and he decided he had fought enough.

He was boss pig in this house and I know he is looking down on us all checking that I am doing things to his statisfaction and that the rest of my mobsters are behaving themselves.

Ted made my life so much fuller and my house is a much sadder place without him.

Rest in Peace my special boy - we all miss you so much.

Aww I'm so sorry Kate, he looked like such a lovely little boy. :'(

Sleep tight Ted x

Aww so sad that the lovely Ted who I met first when I visited you in Leeds is gone. Feels like loosing one one of my own having followed his story from when he was adopted to attempt to live with Alfie, to when he got the lovely Toby as a cage mate, to their seperation and then having seen him and hugged him only last week. There is one thing I know- he had a great life... spoiled and loved, he wanted for nothing. Huge hugs to you Kate I am thinking about you, and about Ted today. Reunited with his friends at the Bridge no doubt... good night Ted you will be missed

Kate there are no words to say ,Ted was so special but so very lucky to have had a lovely extra special home with you

Dear Kate,
I am so sorry to hear about Ted. I could see what a lovely life he had with you, when you introduced me to him at the party. He must have been so happy to live with you and the other piggies. I'm sure he is watching you all now with love.

I feel very lucky to have met Ted - what a beautiful chap, with a sweet face.

Love, Caroline x
