Is it good for piggies to have a little teddy? My piggies have a little penguin teddy. Bobby loves it but crispy. Is terrified of it.

Our piggies have the odd teddy but rarely bother with them - I have spotted some snuggled up on occasions though so think it's nice.
The favourite one is a brightly coloured fish :) Always check they are safe as they may get chewed :(

My old guineapig Arthur had a teddy. It was originally Romano's when he was a single baby but once I bonded Arthur with him Arthur took over and utterly loved the toy. Every day he slept with it, his head resting on it or his arm over it.

He's my only piggy that ever seemed to love teddys though unless it was for humping purposes. rolleyes

Teddy's are definitely a good idea as long as they are labelled pet safe. Especially if the little piggy in question is grieving or alone for one reason or another. This is Nacho with his teddy Tallulah. We also have Basil's teddy Leonardo and Buddy's teddy Cyril the Squirrel. They all seem to like cuddling something like a teddy occassionally
