So today I left the boys out in their (indoor) run a bit longer than I normally do and then when I was cleaning them out, I took out most of their hides/toys to put back in their cage. Well, the combo of being hungry and out in the open with each other created a hormone surge and there was teeth chattering and then a lunge from my dominant pig to his brother. Luckily his brother backed down and scarpered and there was no contact, but I fished him out and of course they instantly wanted to be back together 🙄

They’re both in their cage now, sitting side by side eating food, getting out of each other’s way when one asks etc.

Flippin’ teenage boy hormones!
