teeth chatter

i had basil out the other day and he was sitting on my shoulder chattering what does this mean

Just that he wasn't happy. Chattering usually means "Stay away from me!"

grumpy him prop cause i tried cutting his nails before hand which is a task in its selve and ran up onto my shoulder and started chattering . facing the wall
