Teeth Check people!

Hi all

I dont know if any of you remember me posting about Scruffy's teeth a while back and how they are a bit gappy and keep getting his vegetables caught in them.

Well i check reguarly, and still he has his gappy teeth, and they seem quite long.

Hes coming up 8 months, doesnt really knaw on anything at all, only eats his hay and food! do you think i should get his teeth checked? He's quite young thats why i query it

Sorry for the paranoia, its just i lost guinea pigs in past to teeth so think I'm going to take him, but jsut wanted your opinions first.
 
Thanks Claire, i think i'm going to do that anyhow, hes eating fine and that though.

Just wondered on average whats their piggies front teeth length on average.
 
I had this with Buffy when she was poorly and got the vet to check her teeth, he said they were fine but looked long to me, he said yes they normally do look long, especially when you pull the gums back a bit.

But if you are uncertain best go to the vets just incase. :)
