Might be worth having a savvy vet take a look at the back teeth to rule out any overgrowth or spurs however uneven wear could also be from her damaging them for example bar chewing or biting something hard can on occasion cause a bit to break off or chip. How is her weight? Has she lost any in recent weeks?

The edges are very uneven; that could point at a brewing problem with the back teeth.

Can you get to the Cat&Rabbit Care Clinic in Northampton to see the most experienced guinea pig dental vet? He is a general vet that has specialised in cats, rabbits and small furries and currently does about 15 guinea pig dentals in a week - that is more than most vets do during their career!
