iv recently rescued a gorgeous little piggy from someone I know wasn't giving proper care to her. She's in a good home now. what i want to know is is it normal for pigs to have brown top teeth? my two boys have white teeth but they have always had a really good diet. Could this be something to do with it? thankyou

Discoloured teeth could be down to infection in some cases, but it is more usually down to nutritional deficiencies, which sounds reasonable for this case. The teeth may be weaker and prone to breaking as well. Given a good diet they should strengthen and return to their normal white colour, could take a couple of weeks to notice a real difference; you may wish to give a Vit C supplement and consider giving a calcium supplement for a few days to help.
