So, this is about as ridiculous as it sounds, but I can't regulate my own body temperature properly. It's partly to do with Raynaud's which I've had since I was a wee'un, but I have a major problem feeling the cold. It gets so bad that if I get even remotely too warm (what most people would be comfortable in, sigh) I get prickly heat and everything else with it.
This wasn't a huge problem last year, but I've lost some weight this year and for some reason the weight loss has triggered the Raynaud's again. I'm not sure how to keep the temperature right for the boys, because what I define as cold is apparently a lot colder than what other people define as cold. Is there a rough average temperature I should be sticking to? Like no more than x, but definitely no less than y? I know it probably sounds obvious but that's easier to stick to than "shirt sleeves".
