Is 19.5 degrees warm enough?

That's what I have the heating on but can put it up a couple notches.

Currently 4⁰ outside but 19.5 inside.

It's kinda expensive is why I keep it like that.

I think it’s alright for piggies, as I believe they are happier coping with cooler temperatures than warmer ones.

Yes it’s fine
18-23 is their comfort zone but they will be able to cope with cooler better then they can cope with heat
