I have had my 2 female guinea pigs a month. They are 13 weeks old. One of the guinea pigs is quite territorial. Everytime my other guinea pig goes near or in her house she chases her out and gets very dominant. They have 2 houses one each. Is this normal. What is the best thing to do

It’s normal in that the dominant will get the pick of houses. They are approaching their teens so you will see dominant behaviour a lot.
Is the submissive piggy allowed to rest in a house and eat when she wants to?
Perhaps try adding more houses in to the cage.

Yes the submissive one has her space and eats ok down the other end

That’s good
It sounds as if piggy is hitting teens and becoming dominant.
How big is their cage?

That’s good. I would leave them to it and see how things go. They are coming into their teens and seeing dominance is normal.
