Hey guys. Ive been looking for a big and cheap collapseable run for my piggies for my bedroom in uni for a whle now. I was guna buy sets of grids and connectors as a fold away indoor run for them but I bought two of these tesco rodent playground set things. They are just the right height so they cant escape and the bars are vertical so it'd make it hard for a piggie to climb to escape. Then once your done you just take it apart, fold it up and put it away! Its £5 a set, I'd recommend getting two as one is quite small for two or more piggies. So if anyones looking for something like this then there you go :D I'm really happy i finally got something for them and for like half the price that i was going to pay! :D
Buuutt...just to say i wouldnt recommend using them outside unless supervised constantly or a very secure roof is attatched to the top.

I've got one of these - I think it was £4 on sale last summer - 8 panels, I use it as an indoor play pen. Only the abbys jump out!

Did you buy it in store or online? I was looking for another one

Instore. The tesco's near me has changed the seasonal isle as a pet accessories..i don't know how long they'll be there though. The seasonal isle changes alot doesnt it?
Its like high enough but if they really tried they might escape? I think mine are too old and fat to attempt such a leap :)) haha!

Sounds fab! Radley (Aby X) can jump hight too...is it an Aby thing? :D

What I do with the Grids when I make a run in the garden is put mesh material over the top we got it from Wilko's. I hold it down with clothes pegs. Does stop them from jumping out.

Rabbits I have to make the pens 2 grids high for them as Tika chewed through the mesh and got her head stuck! mallethead :(|)

The piggies love it! I'm glad i can get them out more now, i felt so guilty with them in that cage all day everyday.
Naughty Tika though Lou! Some animals are just born mischevous :))

Yeah claire W Thats what i'm talking about! They're £5 each now though... tescos the cheeky swines! hehe!

That's what I've got Claire, yes - Tesco's did the same thing last year with their seasonal aisle, as they also started to sell indoor cages (small ones)
