I no loads of you hate it! but I've had really good service reccently!

I orderd online a hutch hugger, for a hutch my mum bought from there, it was ex display hugee rose cottage for my guinea pigs, but I got the wrong size hugger, it was for the daisy cottage not the rose cottage malletheadmallethead

anyway my mum rang my local one, and they said the rose cottage is discontinued so the hutch hugger has to, the nice lady Nat rang round allll the pets at home stores and finally found 1 in manchester! baring in mind I live in bristol, so manc wudnt have been her first phone call!

2 days later got the call to go and collect it :) so please cos now the pigs are one step closer to going in there new hutch :) xx
 
Pets at Home's customer service at my local one is amongst the best I've experienced! If they can help you, they'll bend over backwards to do so!

I'm glad you managed to get the hutch-hugger! ^_^
