I am so thanfull to the keeper who posted a list of tips about keeping pigs!
One of her tips was to always tread lightly around free ranging pigs!
I am having trouble getting to sleep so l whent down to the pig room,
I walked across the floor and one of my sows zoomed right under my foot!
I always remembered the tip to walk lightly for this reason!
If I had not been thinking about her warning, my little sow Daisie would probably be dead or badly hurt! !

Many years ago I actually did have one run right under a foot just as I was about to step into their area! I felt something under my foot so jerked it up again. Panic ensued and emergency Vets appointment made! Piggy was fine but I'm now completely paranoid! I can therefore empathise with you!
