Just want to say a huge thank you to everyone on the forum for all the help and support you have given and continue to give. I have learnt so much in my 2 months of guinea pig ownership to the extent that I feel able to pass on information and advice to other owners (as well as telling them to join here hehe).

Some of you know that my little Bumble has been to the vets 4 times since we got our girls in january and after two injections, baytril and metcam she is doing well and is as lively as ever.

I think the problem with her eye was just a trauma that wasn't healing and she's too cuddly for Bea's liking coupled with the cage just being too small for them. I am temporarily using the run set up in the front room to give them space until the C&C arrives and they seem to be doing a lot better. Bumbles eye has completely cleared up and fur is growing back both above and below it.

I would never hesitate to take my girls to the vets if I was worried but this place has helped me to look at whats best for my girls and what questions to ask my vet. Basically the support I have had from here is invaluable and I love this place!
 
Here here! I agree. I have to admit I am a tad addicted! It's so good to be able to ask questions if needed and everyone on here is so supportive. :)
 
I agree. This place is brilliant and I've learnt so much from here and continue to do so. Also, everyone is so lovely and there's always gorgeous pigtures on the go to look at.

I too love this place :) Great advice and great people. Wish you were my friends in 'real life'. hehe

I so agree. This forum is great, and the people here are so friendly :) I think i'm addicted too, i'm on here everyday :))

Our admin do a great job and work hard to keep things happy and friendly :)

Talk about addictive - I had two guinea pigs when I joined... mallethead
 
I wouldnt know half the stuff i do if it wasnt for this forum and the advice i have been given. Now i have 3 very happy piggies! :) x

I also agree that this forum is a helpful and friendly place to be. I've managed to get many questions answered either through my own posts or other people's, and as I spend a lot of time on my own I feel like I'm connecting with the 'big wide world' when I'm in the forum.

I'd like to say thank you to everyone too. You are wonderful people on here, knowledgable and caring. I've found the forum really useful when I needed to know things and also very friendly because everyone understands about being potty over piggies. It was a very good thing for me at the time to grieve for my little ginger girl with a thread on here simply because you all understand. I'm also addicted, I have a need to check what's happening on here at least once a day too! Thank you all!
 
This place is great! There are other forums I just browse, I could never post in them because they are so cliquey and people are quick to jump on you for saying the wrong thing. People here, however, are really friendly, helpful and also aware that most people here are learning and may make the odd mistake sometimes, so it's a lovely forum to post on :)
